Our Lady on Fire is a collage that includes one of Scarlett ROUGEs sculptures, Obscure Origines, which is a contemporary rendition of an ancient fertility Goddess, also a vision of the artists mother, Michle LAMY. It depicts her on fire, throwing knives, while Rick OWENS holds her up like Atlas. The background is Notre Dame, also aflame. All icons of Feminine Power. All icons of worship.

ROUGE was selected by Michele Lamy to be one of her 6 LAMYLAND artists for the WHAT ARE WE SKATING FOR? event in 2022..
