Simple, solid frame walls make for a stiffer frame and more responsive ride. The 80HD is made from 6061 T6 Aluminum and comes with steel axles & aluminum bearing spacers. Axles screw directly into sidewalls, so only 1 allen key is required for assembly and maintenance.
