CB HOYO, Evgen Copi GORISEK and Pascal MHLMANN (of Plan X Gallery) have joined forces for a special collection with THE SKATEROOM.Each artist has designed 1/3rd of this printed edition triptych, dedicating their unique styles to exploring the theme of falling and translating it into a limited collection of skateboard artworks. A third of the printed triptych showcases GORISEKs portraits, with the artists signature-style smiles in lieu of a human face. For his skateboard art editions, MHLMANN chose to zoom in on distraught figures captured in the midst of a fall, inspired by a baroque painting The Fall of The Damned by Pierre Paul Rubens. Meanwhile, CB HOYO examines the fall from a physical, emotional and metaphorical standpoint through a series of his distinctive quotes.
